A visionary leader and social entrepreneur, Lata Kundaragi founded Bhoomika Seva Foundation with a deep commitment to uplifting rural communities across Karnataka. Her journey began with a simple belief — that every individual deserves access to quality education, healthcare, and opportunities for growth.
With over 15 years of grassroots experience, she has led numerous initiatives that have transformed thousands of lives. From establishing mobile education units in remote villages to organizing healthcare camps in underserved areas, her hands-on approach has been instrumental in building trust within communities.
Under her leadership, the foundation has expanded its reach to over 100 villages, impacting more than 5,000 lives through sustainable development programs focused on education, healthcare, women empowerment, and skill development.

Rajendra Konnur is a dedicated social worker and visionary leader who co-founded Bhoomika Seva Foundation with a mission to transform lives through compassion and service. His unwavering commitment to community development has been instrumental in shaping the foundation's vision.
With deep roots in Karnataka's cultural heritage and a passion for Kannada literature, he has been actively involved in organizing cultural programs, poetry festivals, and educational initiatives. His leadership in the Kannada Sahitya Parishat and association with various social organizations reflects his dedication to preserving and promoting regional culture.
As a trustee, he oversees the foundation's strategic initiatives, ensuring that every program aligns with the core values of service, integrity, and community empowerment. His hands-on involvement in grassroots activities has helped build lasting relationships with beneficiaries across Karnataka.

ಅಸೆಂಟ್ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂಮಿಕಾ ಸೇವಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ 'ಅಸೆಂಟ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲರವ' ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನ 'ಯುವ ಕವಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ' ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಭೂಮಿಕಾ ಸೇವಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಲತಾ ಕುಂದರಗಿ ಯವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿತು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ರವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಕೊನ್ನೂರ್, ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಎನ್.ಡಿ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಟಿ.ಎಸ್.ಶೇಖರ್, ಶ್ವೇತಾ ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

The 'Ascent Kannada Kalarava' event was organized in collaboration between Ascent Pre-University College and Bhoomika Seva Foundation. On the second day, the 'Yuva Kavigoshti' (Youth Poetry Festival) was held under the presidency of Mrs. Lata Kundaragi, Chairperson of Bhoomika Seva Foundation.
Mr. B.M. Venkatesh, Principal of the college, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Distinguished guests including Rajendra Konnur, Prasanna Kumar, N.D. Krishnamurthy, T.S. Shekhar, and Shweta Venkatesh were present at the program.
